A Lead Technician is a senior tech who oversees all departments on smaller events without the full scope of a Technical Director. Common in hotel and convention AV, they serve as the primary client-facing technical contact and coordinate between departments. Lead techs are expected to be proficient across audio, video, and lighting.

What You'll Do
