Projectionist Jobs
A Projectionist sets up, aligns, and operates projection systems for live events. They handle everything from single-projector keynote screens to multi-projector edge-blended panoramas and projection mapping installations. Projectionists work with high-end laser projectors and need expertise in throw distances, lens calculations, and image geometry.
What You'll Do
- •Set up and align projectors for screens and surfaces
- •Calculate throw distances and select appropriate lenses
- •Configure edge blending for multi-projector setups
- •Operate projection mapping software when required
- •Monitor projector performance and swap units if needed
